Boncolac is constantly attentive to its clients’ needs. Accessibility, reactivity, and adaptability are the keys to the company’s culture of service. Today, over 30 distributors around the world put their trust in us to produce and supply our ranges of frozen pastries, and over 20 for our ranges of appetizers, starters and frozen dishes. There are also the prestigious Marie brand that Boncolac markets under license.

The company believes that satisfying its clients depends on being close to consumers. Thanks to regular tests on client panels, Boncolac offers products adapted to the tastes of the greatest number of people.

The quality and safety of its products is fundamental to Boncolac, which is why it has developed a thorough and all-encompassing approach complying with the most demanding food standards.

Our factories are certified to the highest level of IFS and BRC, and meet HACCP* standards.

In parallel, from the product design phase right down to client delivery, Boncolac is equipped with tried and tested means and processes. For example we have implemented a quality service at our factories, a consumer service ensuring a daily connection with our factories, and responsible management of waste.
