Our version of the classic carrot cake is perfectly balanced with carrots, source of fiber, crunchy caramelized almonds, rapeseed oil, whole wheat flour, and brown sugar.

This product is free from preservatives, colourings, palm oil, and lactose.
Preparation guidelines :
In the OVEN :
Preheat the oven to 170°C (thermostat 5/6).
Remove all packaging, including the mould.
Place on a baking tray and heat for 10 min on the middle shelf.
Allow to cool 15 min before serving.
In the MICROWAVE :
Remove the flowpack.
Leave the cake in the mould and place in the microwave.
Heat for 6min at 800W. Wait 15 min before serving
At Room temperature at +4°C :
Straight from the freezer, remove all packing including the mould.
Place on a serving plate.
Leave to defrost 4h40 at +4°C.
Wait 15 min before serving.
