A dessert rich in chocolate
Our chocolate fondant is made up of chocolate sponge and our own very light mousse made with 70% cocoa rich, dark chocolate, all covered with a fine, dark chocolate glaze.
How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4°C)
Straight from the freezer, unmould the dessert. Then, use the cutting guide to mark it into portions. Undo the flaps and side tabs. Place the product on its stand and leave to defrost for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
