A combination of different textures inspired by the classic crème brûlée.
This dessert is composed of caramel feuillantine on a layer of melt-in-the-mouth sponge, with a light crème brûlée flavour mousse and is decorated with a caramel glaze.
This product has been left whole for you to slice how you like.
How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4°C)
Straight from the freezer, unmould the dessert. Then, use the cutting guide to mark it into portions. Undo the flaps and side tabs. Place the product on its stand and leave to defrost for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
