The Bordeaux canelé with a new savoury twist!

Discover our new savoury canelés recipes, perfect for all your cocktail parties and buffets! The authentic Bordeaux canelé (sometimes spelt “cannelé”) recreated in a miniature version and in two tasty summer flavours!

Golden and crispy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside, our mini savoury canelés will delight all your guests.

Our chefs have developed two new recipies with authentic Italian flavours:

  • Tomato flavoured canelés with basil
  • Eggplant and parmesan.

This assortment contains 60 pieces, 30 mini savoury canelés of each flavour.

True to its values, Boncolac guarantees a product free from palm oil or artificial flavourings, so that it can provide its customers with products of the highest quality.

How to prepare


Simply take the mini canelés out of their packaging and place on a baking tray. It then, heat them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C.

Leave them to cool for 5 minutes at room temperature so that they become crispy again.
