Discover our new savoury canelés recipe, perfect for all your cocktail parties and buffets! The authentic Bordeaux canelé (sometimes spelt “cannelé”) recreated in a miniature version and in two vibrant summer flavours!
Gloriously golden, crisp on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside, our mini savoury canelés will delight all your guests.
Our chefs have developed two new varieties with authentic Italian flavours:
- Tomato flavour canelés with basil
- The combination of aubergine and parmesan.
This assortment contains 60 pieces, 30 mini savoury canelés of each flavour. Crisp, golden and full of flavour, these mini savoury canelés will brighten up your buffets and delight all your guests!

How to prepare
IN THE OVEN
They couldn’t be easier to prepare! Simply take the mini canelés out of their packaging and place on a baking tray. Then, heat them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Leave them to cool for 5 minutes at room temperature so that they become crispy again. That’s it! They’re done!
