A pear and chocolate flavour dessert of tasty, crisp sponge fingers and a combination of light pear and chocolate mousses, separated by layers of delicious melt-in-the-mouth sponge soaked in syrup.
How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4°C)
Straight from the freezer, unmould the dessert. Then, use the cutting guide to mark it into portions. Undo the flaps and side tabs. Place the product on its stand and leave to defrost for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
