It is made up of all butter shortcrust pastry, a cheesecake-style filling with cream cheese. The whole dessert is covered with a delicious red berry compote made from blackcurrants, raspberries and strawberries. Its unique flavour comes from the mouth-watering combination of its filling and its delicious, particularly fruity glaze.
With the intention of preserving the quality of our products, our Red Berry Cheesecake-Style Tart is prepared in line with Boncolac Food Service’s high standards and is free from flavourings, preservatives or colourings.
