Our shortbread layer is made with French flour and free-range eggs.
How to prepare
Take out the number of layers required and leave for 5 minutes to bring it up to room temperature.
To ensure an even colour while cooking, we recommend pricking the dough on the ridged side.
Cut into whichever shapes you like and make them up before cooking.
For a whole bread layer, bake in the oven for 14 minutes at 170 °C.
Do not overcook this product.
