Made in Agen, in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, the bread layers included in this assortment are classic, popular flavours. This assortment contains a farmhouse bread layer , a soft, tomato-flavoured bread  layer, a bread layer with added grains and lastly, a cocoa and malt bread layer.

Suitable for making “Homemade” products, this assortment of classic bread layers is a safe bet for all your buffets and creations!

On a more practical note, these bread layers are designed to be extra-large in size (approx. 30 x 40 cm) to save you precious time when working. In addition, their crustless bread makes it possible to considerably reduce any wastage and thus maximise your productivity.
In the interest of saving time, these bread layers do not need to be defrosted before they are used: butter, spread and arrange your chosen ingredients straight on the layer whilst still frozen, then cut it however you like.
