Carefully prepared with all our expertise, this cake is made with high-quality, organic ingredients and is set apart by its melt-in-the-mouth centre and the soft texture of the edges of the sponge.
With its mud cake made using 70% cocoa dark chocolate, our delicious cake is pre-cut into 12 pieces, for identical servings with a perfect hold. Its irregular edges and its intense chocolate-brown colour give it a very tempting, homemade look.

How to prepare
IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Remove the plastic film covering the sponge cake.
Then, place the sponge cake, in its original case, directly on the rack of the middle shelf in the oven.
Heat for 15 minutes, then leave to stand for 20 minutes, still in the mould, before serving.
IN THE MICROWAVE
Remove the plastic film covering the sponge cake. Place the cake on a microwave safe plate and heat for 4 minutes at 750W.
