A must-have dessert
This moist chocolate mud cake made using 70% cocoa dark chocolate and whole eggs.
How to prepare
IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Remove the plastic film covering the cake, then place the sponge cake, in its original mould, on the middle shelf in the oven. Heat for 15 minutes.
Then, leave to stand for 20 minutes, in its mould, before serving.
IN THE MICROWAVE
Remove the plastic film covering the cake, then place it on a microwavable plate. Heat for 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes.
