The delicious combination of red berries and apples
A tart made up of shortcrust pastry, an apple filling, apple pieces, raspberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants, all covered with a brown-sugar crumble-style topping.
How to prepare
IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Straight from cold room, unmould the tart. Place it on some greaseproof paper.
Heat for 10 minutes.
Leave to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
