The Lemon Tart is a well-known legacy all the way from Philadelphia.
First invented and wrritten down by Elisabeth Goodwell in 1806, it has worked its way into the very heart of French patisserie.
Like any great pastry chef would, Boncolac wanted to give its own twist on this great dessert. By using their skills and know-how, our chefs created a Lemon Tart, pre-cut into 10 identical servings, that meets the expectations of all restaurateurs.
With its creamy texture, our tart is distinguished by its lemony flavour. It consists of a shortcrust pastry, a creamy lemon filling and a shiny glaze.
Our Lemon Tart is an ode to those who love tangy flavours, and because it is pre-cut it is incredibly easy to plate up.
Whilst preserving the quality of our products, our lemon tart, pre-cut into 10 servings, is prepared in line with our highest standards with a recipe free from artificial flavourings, preservatives and colourings.
