With its Comté PDO* cheese and summer truffle pieces sandwiched between two slices of olive oil bread, these mini croque-monsieurs combine indulgence and finesse with the distinctive taste of white truffles.

How to prepare
IN THE OVEN
Cook from frozen. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C. Place the mini croque-monsieurs on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 9 to 10 minutes, until the mini croque-monsieurs are crisp and golden-brown in colour.
Never put in the microwave.
