This vegan brownie is made of dark chocolate high in magnesium, brown sugar, caramelised almonds, and whole wheat flour. A tasty recipe for a guilt-free pleasure!

Preparation guidelines :
In the OVEN
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Remove all packing including the mould and place on a baking tray.
Heat 5 min on the middle shelf.
Allow to cool 15min before serving.
In the MICROWAVE :
Straight from the freezer, remove the flowpack.
Leave the cake in the mould and place in the microwave.
Heat for 4min at 800W. Wait 15 min before serving
At Room temperature at +4°C :
Straight from the freezer, remove all packing including the mould.
Place on a serving plate.
Leave to defrost 2h30 at +4°C.
Wait 15 min before serving.
