An apricot twist on our popular Morello Cherry Clafoutis Tart
Our Apricot Clafoutis Tart is made with a delicious “home-made” vanilla custard as well as plump apricot quarters, all set on a bed of all butter shortcrust pastry.
How to prepare
IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 200°C-220°C. Take the tart out of the freezer and remove the clear plastic wrapper.
Then, unmould the tart and place it on a baking tray. Heat for about 15 minutes.
Leave to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
