A gourmet, elegantly presented tart

An authentic Parisian dessert, the famous Bourdaloue Pear Tart takes its
name from the street where it was first created in the 1850s: rue Bourdaloue!

With its chic, delicious look, our chefs take you back in time to the 19th century, giving this tart a modern, refined twist.

As such, our delicious pear tart is made up of all butter shortcrust pastry, filled with a delicious, almond-flavoured frangipane cream, and topped with Williams pear halves in syrup, arranged by hand, and all covered with a glaze.

Although the artisanal yet professional look of the tart can be seen in its smooth pretty edges, Boncolac has also done everything in its power to ensure this tart has a perfect hold, so that, once sliced, it will be easier to plate up.

Adding popular products that go perfectly with the tart, such as a chocolate coulis and flaked almonds, will help to give your plate a sublime finish.

Free from palm oil, artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives, our tart meets all the requirements of the food service market.
