This chocolate tart, pre-cut into 10 servings, is made up of a shortcrust pastry , a chocolate crème pâtissière enriched with ground almonds topped with a dark chocolate glaze.
HOW TO PREPARE
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4 °C)
Take the tart out of the freezer and remove all packaging. Place it on a serving dish and leave to defrost in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
We do not recommend baking this tart in the oven.
