The Lemon Tart in a mini version
A mini version of our lemon tart designed for a café gourmand. This tart has an exceptionally fruity filling made up of crème pâtissière with lemon juice and natural flavouring, encased in shortcrust pastry.
This product, which is 18 cm in diameter, is pre-cut into 16 servings.
How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR
Take the product out of its clear plastic wrapper and place it on a serving plate.
Leave to defrost in the refrigerator for:
- 2 hours for the whole product
- 45 minutes for one serving
