The grains and pretty amber colour of these bread layers make them an ideal base for serving locally produced cured meats, cheeses, and combinations of different vegetables, as well as sweet ingredients. These bread layers contain oats, millet, flax, corn, wheat flour and rye flour.
The size of these extra-large grain bread layers (approx. 30 x 40 cm) is more convenient and can save you a tremendous amount of time. Furthermore, they are designed to be crustless, which reduces any waste and ensures you can optimise your productivity. You can make up to 88 canapés with just one layer of bread.
