For many years now, this classic dessert with its lemony flavour has been perfected by Boncolac.
Carefully thought out to ensure it has just the right delicious balance of sweetness and acidity, our Large Lemon Meringue Tart is full of contrasting textures with its smooth lemon cream, soft meringue and crispy shortcrust pastry.
Remarkably generous, our Large Lemon Meringue Tart weighs 1.35 kg and is 32 cm in diameter. The centre of the tart is filled with a lemon cream (made using lemon juice and flavouring), combining sweet and tart notes in the same dish. Lastly, the top is decorated by hand, with meringue dabbed on, covering and enhancing the whole dessert.

How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4°C)
Remove the tart from all packaging and defrost at maximum of 4°C for 6 hours.
Store at 0°C-4°C and consume within 48 hours after defrosting.
