IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes to 200°C. Cook from frozen. Take the croque-monsieurs out of their tray and place them on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the mini croque-monsieurs are crisp and golden-brown in colour.
